- Onsite support only after scripted remote diagnosis (depending on system and location) - technician and/or part is dispatched usually within 1–2 business days after remote diagnosis confirms a covered issue.
- Business Hours only phone, email or chat support (not including support for Software related issues).
- Advanced Exchange (for monitors, docks, some peripherals) – Basic Hardware Service may use next business day Advanced Exchange: Dell ships a replacement unit the next business day after phone/online diagnosis, subject to availability and region.
